A comfortable stay with a spectacular ocean view that enhanced the overall experience. Breakfast offered plentiful options, and the ability to create a Virgin Mary was a nice touch. Unfortunately, Christmas day lacked proper planning, resulting in disappointing service and communication issues regarding meal times. The dining room was fully booked, which left us without dining options. Future holiday planning could benefit from better staff management on busy days.

Perfect beach view for our anniversary!
Really loved our stay! The beach is right across the street, and we caught stunning sunrises from our room. It was beautifully decorated for our anniversary with red petals and roses. The wine was a nice touch! Only thing, the restaurant service was a bit slow at dinner. Otherwise, a memorable stay!

easy access to beautiful beaches and vibrant local dining options
The hotel is perfectly situated, with just a short walk to the stunning humewood beach and the charming summerstrand village where you can find delightful eateries like charlie's pizza & pasta that really add to the weekend vibes. while the room experience could use some improvements in amenities, the overall service was commendable and added a nice touch to my stay.

awesome views, good conference facilities, safe undercover parking
Cleanliness needs attention, especially with furniture showing wear and tear!!! The gym equipment needs maintenance. The overall decor feels stale, and the paint on the walls is looking tired!!!

would love to stay here again
The room was spacious and super clean. We had stunning ocean views, perfect for sunset watching and even saw dolphins swimming by. The beach was just a short walk away. Staff were really nice and attentive. The location was great, close to restaurants and shops, and the warm Indian Ocean was inviting for a swim.

great stay but limited dining options
During our five-night stay, we enjoyed a stunning ocean view from our room while watching dolphins swim by in the morning. The friendliness of the staff, especially Mike and his team, made our experience even better.
The food menu had limited options, which could be improved.

The ocean view from our suite was simply marvelous, and we enjoyed family-friendly activities such as sailing along the coast. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, which made our stay enjoyable, especially with our baby in tow.
My kids wished there were more child-friendly activities available on-site.
